In the last fifteen years, I’ve had the chance to be the founder or co-founder of three companies in three different industries. 2. Lean Startup: How Today’s Entrepreneurs Use Continuous Innovation to Create Radically Successful Businesses, by Eric Reis
I’ve learned many lessons from Reis’ book. One of the greatest struggles you’ll face in building your personal business is managing income. You realize the word, “Cash is king.” I don’t believe that you can now go far enough to describe the significance of income management to a different business proprietor. Lean Startup is a book made to function as your guide with the many changes that the startup brings. It’ll teach you how you can effectively manage your budget, enabling you the freedom to innovate making the right path in the business world. 3. Peter Principle: Why Things Always Go Wrong, by Laurence J. Peter and Raymond Hull
This one is really a classic for any reason.
